Swet Ketu Tiwari is the Director and Chief Technology Officer of Vimaan Desk Private Limited. He leads the company's technology strategy, digital-product development and scalable systems infrastructure.

His role is to ensure that technology supports every important stage of the service journey - from booking and passenger communication to baggage visibility, partner reporting and proof of delivery.

Swet is responsible for developing the technology foundation that connects passengers, operations teams, airports, airlines and delivery partners.

He works to ensure that Vimaan Desk's platforms remain practical for operational teams while providing passengers with a clear and convenient digital experience. As the company grows, he builds systems that can support additional airports, partners, cities, service categories and transaction volumes without compromising usability or operational visibility.

Jatin Sahni serves as a mentor to Vimaan Desk Private Limited and contributes strategic guidance informed by his understanding of the aviation and cargo ecosystem.

As the Founder of CargoNXT, he brings an entrepreneurial and industry-oriented perspective to the development of Vimaan Desk's baggage and airport-support services.

Jatin's mentoring role includes helping the leadership team evaluate business opportunities, partnership structures, industry positioning and the commercial practicality of proposed services.
